Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as foloows:

Section 1. The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby endorses the request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-17332, from Donald L Shelpman (DJ's), 2130 Whitaker Way, Munhall, PA 15120 to Samuel Firman for Sammy's Famous Corned Beef of Pittsburgh, Inc., located at 4067 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15224, pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.

SECTION 2. Request for Approval

Samuel Firman, which has a mailing address of 4067 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15224, submitted a request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-17332, which is currently registered to Donald Shelpman (DJ's), 2130 Whitaker Way, Munhall, PA 15120, desires to place a restaurant liquor license into a premise known and numbered as Sammy's Famous Corned Beef of Pittsburgh., 4067 Penn Avenue, PA 15224. The proposed interior of the premises is a restaurant which will occupy the first floor.

SECTION 3. Public Hearing

City Council shall set a date for Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing in the City of Pittsburgh concerning Samuel Firman's for Sammy's Famous Corned Beef of Pittsburgh, Inc, intent to the above liquor license.

SECTION 4. Approval or Denial of Request
