Title: Resolution further amending Resolution No. 232, effective April 19, 2000, entitled "Providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 2; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof," by increasing “Sheraden skate park” to $127,580.32 and by reducing “Corliss Street Tunnel Refurbish” to $62,380.92 and by deleting the “Olympia Park Playground Renovation”. Total cost of all projects not to exceed $1,000,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and/or the Deputy Mayor, and/or the Director of the Department of General Services, and/or the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement or Agreements or use existing Agreements for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 2, in an amount not to exceed one million dollars ($1,000,000), chargeable to and payable from the following chartfields.
