Title

Resolution authorizing the City of Pittsburgh to enter into a professional service contract with the Pennsylvania Economy League, Inc. for the purpose of preparing a 2002-2005 revenue forecast.  The total cost shall not  exceed $20,000.

Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with the Pennsylvania Economy League, Inc., in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for the purpose of preparing a 2002-2005 revenue forecast.

And, providing for the payment at a cost not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000) chargeable to and payable from Fund 1000, Organization 999200, Sub Class 150, Budget Year 2001, Account 526100.

Section 2.  That the City Controller shall encumber funds for this contract or contracts from Fund 1000, Organization 999200, Sub Class 150, Budget Year 2001, Account 526100.
