Resolution granting unto Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, 3615 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15213, their successors and assigns, an encroachment to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, an awning and two business identification signs over the sidewalk area at 3615 Forbes Avenue in the 4th Ward, 3rd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That the Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, 3615 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA15213 their successors and assigns, is hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, a three-tiered canvas awning on an aluminum frame-8' to 9' above the sidewalk area, 15' in length, each panel 5'1" wide; an aluminum business identification band sign, 11'4" above the sidewalk area 13' 7" in length, 2' out from face of building; and a double- sided illuminated aluminum and acrylic projecting business identification sign 17' 9" up from the sidewalk area, 6' high, projecting 6' out from the face of building over the sidewalk area at 3615 Forbes Avenue in the 4th Ward, 3rd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.
The said encroachment shall conform to the provisions of their resolution and in accordance with the Plan identified as Accession D-499 on file in the Division of Surveys, Department of Public Works.
Section 2. The said Grantee prior to the beginning of the construction of said encroachment shall submit to the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh a complete set of plans, in triplicate, showing the location and all details of said construction. Said plans and said construction shall be subject to the approval and supervision of the Director of the Department of Public Works.
