Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The Solicitor of the City of Pittsburgh is authorized and directed to contact the various business organizations and to place ads in the various newspapers within the City of Pittsburgh for the express purpose of educating residents, parents, minors and businesses on the newly enacted Ordinance banning the sale of spray paint containers, indelible markers and etching products to minors.
