Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a supplementary agreement with Allegheny County for the payment of local costs associated with the 6^th Street Bridge Project being undertaken by the County, and further providing for payment of costs not to exceed Twenty Four Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy Four Dollars and Thirty Eight Cents ($24,274.38), payable from the following account:
