Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Seven, Business Licensing, Chapter 719 Vendors and Peddlers, Section 179.10, List of Sites approved by Council by adding the following permanent street and sidewalk vending sites for the 2005 Licensure Year as follows:

CBD AREA:

(1) Site            Northwest corner of Tenth Street at Penn Avenue

(1) Site            Corner of William Penn Place at Tenth Street

NORTHSIDE:

(1) Site            Corner of Allegheny Avenue at Western Avenue
