Title
Resolution amending Resolution 13, effective 1/29/2009, entitled "Providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 8; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof by adding $9,000 for Traffic Study-Inner City Transit Options," to extend the timeframe outlined in Section 2 for the issuance of a Request for Proposal.

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Resolution 13, effective 1/29/09, is hereby amended as follows:
Section 2. The Director of City Planning is directed to issue a Request for Proposals relating to line item “Traffic Study - Inner City Transit Options” before February March 1, 2009, with specific criteria, reporting and scheduling outlined in Exhibit A.
