Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of Public Safety to enter into an Agreement or Agreements between the City of Pittsburgh and the Stadium Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County, at a total not-to-exceed amount of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), to allow for installation of Public Safety equipment.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements between the City of Pittsburgh and the Stadium Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County, at a total not-to-exceed amount of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), to allow for installation of Public Safety equipment.

 

Section 2.                      Funds for said agreement shall be chargeable to and payable from JDE Account 11101.210000.53.53529.2026.

 

Section 3.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
