Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a contract or contracts with Public Management Resources of San Antonio, as the auditor, to comply with the consent decree entered into between the City of Pittsburgh and the United States Department of Justice.

Body

Be it resolved that Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The mayor and the City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts with Public Management Resources of San Antonio, as auditor, to comply with the consent decree entered into between the City of Pittsburgh and the United States Department of Justice at a cost not to exceed $18,434.50 (eighteen thousand four hundred thirty four dollars and fifty cents) chargeable to and payable from fund 1000, sub 150, organization 108000, account 526100, budget year 2001 miscellaneous services, Department of Law.
