Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Program to Aid Citizens Enterprise (PACE) for technical assistance services to nonprofits awarded Neighborhood Economic Development (NED) grants in need of capacity building for a sum not to exceed Thirty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($32,700.00) for the payment of the costs thereof.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Program to Aid Citizens Enterprise (PACE) for a year of technical assistance for three nonprofits awarded NED grants. The work is for a sum not to exceed Thirty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($32,700.00).
Funds shall be paid from 1263320023.58101.00 CDBG ADMINISTRATION $32,700.00.
Finally, that any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution, is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
