Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                       Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance to enter into an agreement or agreements with Google for their Assured Workload program to securely store sensitive data in Google Cloud Platform according to federal data standards to be in compliance with U.S. Department of Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) Such agreement or agreements will be at no cost to the City.

Section 2.                     Said agreement or agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form
