Title
Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 180, effective April 5, 2000, entitled "Providing for an Agreement(s), or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract(s), or use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 3; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof," by deleting the line items "Projects-Allentown/Beltzhoover?knoxville" $39,973 and "Railroad Underpass Improvements District 3" $60,000 and by reducing "Tree Planting, Pruning and Removal" by $33,515, and by adding them to the following new line items: "Allentown Business Corridor Improvements" $50,000, "Astroid Way Parking Lot Allentown-Pittsburgh Parking Authority" $10,000, "Beltzhoover Neighborhood Improvements-BCCDC" $39,973, "Knoxville Business Corridor Improvements" $33,5151 and "Southside Ballfield Expansion" $10,000. Total cost of all projects is not to exceed $970,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution 180, effective April 5, 2000, as amended, which currently reads as follows:
The Mayor and/or the Deputy Mayor, and/or the Director of the Department of General Services, and/or the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement or Agreements or use existing Agreements for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 3, in an amount not to exceed Nine Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($960,000.00), chargeable to and payable from the following chartfields:
