Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     That the name of CARLOW DRIVE, along its entire length beginning at its intersection with Fifth Avenue at its southern end to its intersection with Terrace Street at its northern end, shall be and the same is hereby approved, located in the Fourth Ward.
