Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Director of the Department of Public Works, is hereby authorized to issue, and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Triangle Pet Control Service Co.,  Inc., in the amount of Two thousand Three hundred Three dollars, ($2,303.00) for the payment in full for animals collected by Animal Control, and turned over to Triangle Pet, for the month of June 2007, and providing for the payment thereof, chargeable to and payable from Account 526100, Fund 1000, Org 430000, Sub-Class 150, Budget Year 2007, Miscellaneous Services, Bureau of Environmental Services, Department of Public Works.
