Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution authorizing the issuance of two (2) warrants with the total sum of Eighty-Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($85,000.00), over one year, in full and final settlement of litigation in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. It is further understood and agreed that the payment schedule of the total settlement amount shall be as follows: (i) $17,000.00, less applicable tax withholdings and other deductions, will be issued to Plaintiff, Christine Luffey, along with an IRS Form W-2 in connection with this payment charging same to Code 11101.230000.51.51203.2026; and (ii) $68,000.00, will be issued to Plaintiff, Christine Luffey along with and IRS Form 1099 in connection with this payment charging the same to Code 11101.108000.58.58105.2026.
