Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.        The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with TRC Engineers, Inc. for costs associated with Construction Inspection and Contract Administration for the Pittsburgh City Steps project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Million Four Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Nine Dollars and Forty-Two Cents ($1,448,949.42), reimbursable at eighty percent, to be paid from the following accounts:
