Title

Resolution granting to the Peoples Natural Gas Company, d/b/a Dominion, a gas line easement and the privilege and license to install, use, operate, maintain, repair, renew and finally remove said gas line across Schenley Plaza.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Directors of the Department of Parks and Recreation and Public Works, on behalf on the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to execute an easement agreement and/or an easement and gas line extension agreement granting to The Peoples Natural Gas Company, d/b/a Dominion, a gas line easement across City of Pittsburgh property as described in the legal description and easement plan attached respectively hereto as Exhibit "A-1" and "A-2".  Said gas line easement agreement and/or easement and gas line extension agreement shall be in the form approved by the City Solicitor and shall contain such terms and conditions for the protection of the City of Pittsburgh and Schenley Park as the Solicitor may require.
