Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation to enter into a Cooperation Agreement with the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh pertaining to the City's provision of social and recreational services to eligible residents and participants at the Bernice Crawley Manor and the Northview Heights Estate Manor Senior High Rise Buildings.

WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh owns two Senior High Rise Buildings, Bernice Crawley Manor and Northview Heights Estate Manor (the “facilities”), located within the City of Pittsburgh; and
WHEREAS, HACP wishes to enter into a Cooperation Agreement with the City at this time to document the duties and responsibilities of the parties with respect to the City's provision of social and recreational services to residents and other participants at the facilities.
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation are hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperation Agreement with the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh pertaining to the City's provision of social and recreational services to eligible residents and participants at the Bernice Crawley Manor and the Northview Heights Estate Manor Senior High Rise Buildings. The Cooperation Agreement shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
