Resolution providing for an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Design, Final Design, Utility Coordination, and Right of Way phases of the Penn Ave Phase 2 project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Two Million Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($2,075,000.00), an increase of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) from the previously executed agreement; reimbursable at eighty percent, with no increase to the municipal share of Commonwealth incurred costs.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Design, Final Design, Utility Coordination, and Right of Way phases of the Penn Ave Phase 2 project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Two Million Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($2,075,000.00), an increase of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) from the previously executed agreement; reimbursable at eighty percent. The funding increase to Final Design phase to be paid from the following account/s:

Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation for the Preliminary Design, Final Design, Utility Coordination, and Right of Way phases of the Penn Ave Phase 2 project at no additional cost to the city.
