Affirmative Recomendation
Title
Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and for the purchase of equipment, materials and supplies in connection with the Tree Planting Program in Various Community Development Areas; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or use existing Contracts and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements and for the purchase of equipment, materials and supplies in connection with the Tree Planting Program in Various Community Development areas at a cost not to exceed $140,303.00 chargeable to the following:
