Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department on Finance and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to execute all relevant documents to transfer to Allegheny County, in cooperation with an Allegheny County construction project in and around the Roberto Clemente Bridge, certain temporary construction easement rights within certain properties in the 2^nd, 22^nd, and 23^rd Wards of the City of Pittsburgh described and depicted in the plan attached as Exhibit A and as further described in the metes and bounds attached as Exhibit B.
