Title
Resolution Vacating Penn Circle West former S. Euclid Avenue between Baum Boulevard and Commerce Street in the 8th Ward, 9th Council District, of the City of Pittsburgh.

WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on the line of Penn Circle West in the 8th Ward, 9th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and
WHEREAS, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the city from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by and persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore
Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. That all certain lot or piece of ground situate in the 8th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania being known as part of Lot No. 84 in Mellon's Plan of Baum Grove, as recorded in the Recorder's Office of Allegheny County in Plan Book Volume 8, page 162. Said lot more fully described as follows to-wit:
Beginning at appoint on the northerly side of Commerce Street (40 feet wide) at the line of land now or formerly of Crossgates Realty, Inc.; thence along the said side of Commerce Street South 70º 33' West, a distance of 35.06 feet to a point; thence North 19º 27' West, a distance of 115.00 feet to a point on the southerly side of Baum Blvd. (60 feet wide); thence along the said side of Baum Blvd. North 70º 33' East, a distance of 35.06 feet to a point on the line of land now or formerly of Crossgates Realty, Inc.; thence along the line of land now or formerly of Crossgates Realty, Inc.
