Title
Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, Lease(s) and/or License Agreement(s) for the use of certain property for senior facilities for the provision of center services to seniors in an amount not to exceed $92,196.00, chargeable to and payable from the Seniors Community Program Trust Fund in the Department of Parks and Recreation.
 
Body
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Mayor, the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, Lease(s) and/or License Agreement(s) for the purposes of senior centers and shall include provisions for accessibility improvements, if needed to insure access for people with disabilities and may include custodial and maintenance services or provisions of center services to seniors.  Said Agreement or Agreements, Lease(s) and/or License Agreement(s) shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor and shall contain such other terms and conditions as required.
 
The cost of this Agreement or Agreements, Lease(s) and/or License Agreement(s) shall not exceed Ninety Two Thousand, One Hundred, Ninety Six ($92,196.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from the Seniors Community Program Trust Fund, Account 560100, Fund 2850, Organization 500000, Subclass 600, Year 2007 in the Department of Parks and Recreation.
 
These facilities/programs consist of, but are not limited to the following locations:
 
Bernardo Katz                                    Beechview Senior Center
Boys & Girls Club                              Lawrenceville Senior Center
Smith & Bowen                              West End Senior Center
