Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Director of Finance, the Mayor and the Controller are hereby authorized to transfer $6,047,160.00 from Fund 1000, Organization 999100, Debt Service Account 591100, Sub-class 200, Debt Service to Fund 5100 various accounts in the 2005 Capital Budget.
