Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Allegheny County Conservation District for the purpose of receiving and spending grant funds in the amount of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND ($220,000.00) dollars to support storm water remediation and road paving on Haverhill Street.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Department of Mobility and Infrastructure on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Allegheny County Conservation District in order to receive a grant award of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND ($220,000.00) dollars. Funds shall be deposited in JDE job number 6029400436.45100.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, are further authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, to make all legitimate expenditures required by said Agreement(s) as outlined in Section 1. Said expenditures shall not to exceed TWO HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND ($220,000.00) dollars. Funds shall be deposited in JDE job number 6029400436.
Section 3. A local match of FORTY FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ($44,000.00) shall come from 2022 Capital Budget JDE job number 6000900422 for a total job cost of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR THOUSAND ($264,000.00).
