Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Controller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) from the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service to the Department of City Planning, using the accounts listed below.
