WHEREAS, the Pittsburgh International Children's Theatre is a 501 c(3) non profit corporation, dedicated to bringing professional theatre from around the world to the Pittsburgh region; and

WHEREAS, this year marks the 20^th Anniversary of the Pittsburgh International children's Festival, and as part of their ongoing efforts, the Festival committee desires to host a Chinese Auction raffle to raise much needed funds.
