Resolution amending Resolution No. 881, effective January 1, 2001, entitled "Adopting and approving the 2001 Capital Budget and the 2001 Community Development Block Grant Program" as it pertains to the project funding for recreation matching grants.

Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     Section 1 of Resolution 881 effective January 1, 2001, as amended, which presently reads as per Attachment 1,

Is hereby amended to read as per attachment 2.

Section 2.  In all other respects, Resolution 881, effective January 1, 2001, as amended, remains unchanged and in full force.
