Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of the Western Pennsylvania Teamsters and Employers Welfare Fund C/O Vincent P. Szeligo, Esquire, Wick, Streiff, Meyer, O'Boyle & Szeligo, P.C., 1450 Two Chatham Center, 112 Washington Place, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 in full and final settlement of a Complaint filed at Civil Action No. 2:11-cv-01433 $50,000.00 and charge the same to Code 11101.58.58105.108000.2012.
