Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of Public Safety or Director of the Department of General Services or the Director of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements and/or Contract or Contracts, or use existing Contracts for the purchase of services, equipment, materials and supplies in connection with the installation of partitions of Fire Bureau facilities at a cost not to exceed Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000.00) chargeable to and payable from Account 544000, Fund 5100, Organization 250000, Sub-Class PGHPR, Project/Grant 2267246 Budget Year 2003, Department of Public Safety.
