Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized and directed to enter into an Agreement with the Department of the Army / U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), in a form approved by the City Solicitor, under which the USACE will undertake technical assistance to assess and map river banks and shoreline within the City of Pittsburgh.

Amounts are chargeable to and payable from the following account: 11101.53.53901.111000.2018.
