Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a Warrant in favor of  Keith Tucci, and Lawrence G. Paladin, Jr., 10700 Frankstown Road, Suite 305, Pittsburgh, PA 15235,  in the amount of $10,000.00 in full and final settlement of a claim filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania at CA 02-2027, and charge the same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget year 2003.
