Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The City Controller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer the amount of  One Hundred Thousand ($100,000) Dollars from the Fire Department's Salaries Account, Organization Code: 250000,  Account: 511000,  Fund: 1000,  Sub: 010, Budget Year:  2001 to General Services Fuel Account, Organization Code 123000,  Account:  532600,  Fund:  1000,  Sub:  100,  Budget Year: 2001.  This transfer is necessary to cover the shortage caused by the increase in fuel prices in 2001.
