Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with The Center that CARES for Group Violence Intervention and Social Services, at a total cost not to exceed SIX MILLION DOLLARS ($6,000,000.00) over two years, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts, subject to appropriation in future budget years by City Council:
