Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Two Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($2,000.00) in favor of David E. Petersen, Esquire, P.O. Box 112683, Pittsburgh, PA 15241-2683 for arbitration services provided in the matter of City of Pittsburgh and Fraternal Order of Police (Grievance 15-27; Drug and Alcohol Testing) and charging same to 11101.53.53513.108000.2016, Item number 522700.
