Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with MS Consultants, Inc. for costs associated with the Preliminary Engineering phase of the Allegheny River Green Boulevard project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Five Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand One Hundred Eight Dollars and Ninety-Five Cents ($566,108.95), reimbursable at eighty percent.
