Title
Resolution further amending Resolution No 401, effective August 13, 2004, entitled "Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with various community organizations for operational/administrative expenses, maintenance, purchase of equipment; and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities for the benefit of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $1,108,517.10, chargeable to and payable from the 1994 Community Development Block Grant Program" so as to transfer funds from City Council, “District 8 Equipment” (-6,000.00) to the “Bloomfield Business Association” (+6,000.00); and further, to transfer funds from “District 7-Weed & Seed” (-17,500.00) to “Lawrenceville United-District 7 Housing Initiative” (+17,500.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 401, effective August 13, 2004, which presently reads as follows:
The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the following various community organizations, for operational/administrative expenses; maintenance; and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities for the benefit of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $1,108,517.10 chargeable to and payable from the 1994 Community Development Block Grant Program, so as to reprogram various line items in City Council.
