Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 643, effective October 15, 2013 entitled "Providing for the execution of a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh in connection with a $75,000 Municipal Assistance and Planning Grant for the Homewood Transit Revitalization Investment District planning study from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development" by changing the source of the matching share for the grant. (Council District 9).

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1 of Resolution No. 643, effective October 15, 2013, which currently reads as follows:
"Section 1. The Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is authorized and directed to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, providing for the designation of $25,000 in prior years CDBG funds appropriated to URA as the matching share for the grant applied for in the Application filed with DCED and to be administered by URA."
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. The Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is authorized and directed to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, providing for the designation of $25,000 in City bond funds transferred to URA from JDE Job No. 8226728813.53901, Item No. 1167, by Cooperation Agreement dated April 30, 2013, as the matching share for the grant applied for in the Application filed with DCED and to be administered by URA."
