Whereas, the Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB), in cooperation with multiple partners, has developed Blueprint Communities, a neighborhood revitalization initiative that will serve as a catalyst for creating sustainable neighborhoods in Pennsylvania; and

Whereas East Liberty Concerned Citizens Corporation (ELCCC) has been a champion of neighborhood revitalization in the Larimer Section of the City of Pittsburgh; and

Whereas, ELCCC has applied to participate in the FHLB's Blueprint Communities program;

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh, supports the participation of ELCCC in the FHLB's Blueprint Communities program.
