Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of Public Safety or Director of the Department of General Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements and/or Contract or Contracts, or use existing Contracts for the purchase of radio communications equipment and related accessories for the Emergency Operations Center at a cost not to exceed Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($600,000.00) chargeable to and payable from:
