Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1 The Mayor and the Director of the Commission on Human Relations, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Service Agreement or Agreements with Fair Housing Partnership of Greater Pittsburgh to fair housing testing, housing analysis, and technical assistance to the Commission on Human Relations over one (1) year at a cost not-to-exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000).
Section 2: The City Controller shall encumber funds as follows:
Community Development Block Grant 0588890124.53517.00 $30,000.00
Section 3: Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
