Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Pittsburgh Community Broadcasting at a cost not-to-exceed Ten Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($10,600) for advertising for the year 2024, chargeable to and payable from:
