Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of MGT of America Consulting, LLC, in the amount of Thirty Two Thousand Five Hundred  Dollars ($32,500.00) relating to the full and final settlement of a case filed at G.D. 15-023074, charging same to Code 11101.108000.53.53901.2021.
