Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements with Evolve EA for costs associated with the Three Rivers Heritage Trail Maintenance and Management project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Hundred Forty Five Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Nine Dollars and Seventy Two Cents ($145,949.72), to be paid from the following account:
