Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Letter of Amendment to the agreement with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for municipal incurred costs associated with the Construction phase of the South Side Signals project, providing for the payment of municipal incurred costs thereof, not to exceed Three Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($3,350,000.00); account details to be authorized and encumbered on an individual service agreement basis. Funding for other phases authorized by resolutions 17-18 and 229-20.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Letter of Amendment to the agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation for the municipal portion of Commonwealth Incurred Costs associated with the Construction phase of the South Side Signals project, at a cost not to exceed Costs of Zero Dollars ($0.00).
