Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Diversified Municipal Services Inc in the amount of $29,880.00 in payment for assessment appeal services rendered to residential homeowners of the City of Pittsburgh, chargeable to and payable from as follows:
