The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from RM-H, Multi-Unit Residential, High Density to EMI, Education Medical Institution, properties at 4705 5th Avenue, identified as Block No. 52-J Lot 60 and 617 N Neville Street, identified as Block No. 52-J Lot 50 in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System.
Section 2. Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from R1D-L, Residential Single-Unit Detached Residential, Low Density to EMI, Education Medical Institution, properties at 4914 5th Avenue, identified as Block No. 52-K Lot 175; 1011 Devonshire Road, identified as Block No. 52-K Lot 182; 1019 Devonshire Road, identified as Block No. 52-K Lot 185; 1021 Devonshire Road, identified as Block No. 52-K Lot 188 and 1033 Devonshire Road, identified as Block No. 52-K Lot 191 in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System.
