Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The City Controller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer the amount of  Fifty Thousand ($50,000) Dollars from the Bureau of Administration's Salary Account, Organization Code: 121000,  Account: 511000,  Fund: 1000,  Sub: 010, Budget Year:  2002 to the Bureau of Facilities Management's Salary Account, Organization Code: 122000,  Account:  511000,  Fund:  1000,  Sub:  010,  Budget Year: 2002.  This transfer is necessary to meet the last payroll in Budget Year 2002.
