Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of Finance are hereby authorized to enter into a Green Infrastructure Mini-Grant Agreement and a Project and Maintenance Agreement with the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority and The Carnegie Library of Knoxville in connection with the installation and maintenance of a Green Infrastructure Project at the Knoxville library branch.
